Cabernet Sauvignon
The 27 years old vineyard grows on a terrace beside the Maipo river, hand harvested grapes. There is a manual selection of grapes in the vineyard and then a second one in the cellar.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried in small stainless-steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation is made in French barrels. The wine ages during 12 months in second use barrels, in order to achieve a fruiter and livelier wine.
