Pinot Noir
18 years old vineyards.100% hand harvested grapes. There is a manual selection of grapes in the vineyard and then a second one in the cellar.The alcoholic fermentation is carried in small stainless-steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation and ageing of this wine will be carried in French oak barrels during 10 months.
Tasting Notes
Pucalán, Valle del Aconcagüa, Chile
Color: brilliant light cherry.
Nose: Cranberries, strawberry jam, light clove.
Palate: Well balanced, candied orange, chocolate, rounded tannins, fresh at the end.
